About Me

I am a passionate professional with a background of Hospitality, Facility Management and Real Estate and believe in delivering quality services and efficient operations. I started my hospitality journey with JW Marriott Aerocity as a Front Office professional where I gained experience about the Guest relations, delivering services and hotel operations. My journey continued with the JLL as a Soft Services Executive where I was responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, vendor management, training and development of staff, stakeholder coordination etc.

Currently, I am pursuing MBA in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure at RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, Noida, where I am gaining knowledge about the Real Estate Sector and aligning my previous professional experience with the Real estate industry from strategic and business excellence prospective for service excellence and value creation.

2021-2024

Led end-to-end management of housekeeping, façade cleaning, and horticulture operations, while driving staff training, performance, and continuous development.

JW Marriott- Front Office Executive

2016 to 2020

Managed At Your Service operations—handling guest requests across calls and chats, resolving Marriott Bonvoy queries, and overseeing amenities inventory—while strengthening my patience, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Internship Experience

Knight Frank India- Occupier Strategy & Solutions

Gained hands-on exposure to the Delhi NCR commercial real estate market, with a strong focus on occupier strategy, office leasing dynamics, and evolving workplace trends. Built in-depth knowledge of key micro-markets, particularly Gurugram, through demand–supply analysis, rental benchmarking, and tenant requirement mapping. Contributed to market research, data analysis, and development of client-centric insights to support effective occupier leasing strategies.
